1. About AskItAll

AskItAll provides access to AI-powered tools, including chat, image generation, video generation, music generation, recommendations, learning tools, and related services. By using AskItAll, you agree to these Terms of Use.

2. Accounts

You may need an account to use paid or credit-based services. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity on your account. You must provide accurate information and use a permanent email address that you control.

3. Credits and paid services

Some tools require credits. Credits are consumed when you submit generation requests or use other paid features. Prices, credit costs, available models, and supported features may change over time because third-party provider prices and model availability can change.

4. AI outputs

AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, offensive, unexpected, or unsuitable for your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing any output before relying on it, publishing it, or using it commercially. AskItAll does not provide professional medical, legal, financial, or other regulated advice.

5. User content

You are responsible for prompts, uploads, files, images, audio, video, and other content you submit. You must have the rights and permissions needed to use that content. Do not upload or request content that infringes rights, violates privacy, or breaks applicable law.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use AskItAll to create illegal, harmful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or exploitative content; bypass security or usage limits; overload the service; scrape or reverse engineer the service; or create accounts to abuse free credits or promotions.

7. Third-party providers

AskItAll uses third-party AI, payment, hosting, and infrastructure providers. Requests may be processed by those providers. Model behavior, moderation decisions, completion times, failures, and availability can depend on third-party systems outside AskItAll’s direct control.

8. Availability

We try to keep AskItAll available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may be paused, changed, removed, rate-limited, or unavailable due to maintenance, provider issues, abuse prevention, technical faults, or business reasons.

9. Suspension or termination

We may suspend or close accounts, block usage, or withhold promotional credits if we believe there is abuse, fraud, security risk, non-payment, violation of these terms, or harm to the service or other users.

10. Disclaimers and limits

AskItAll is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, AskItAll is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, lost data, failed generations, provider outages, or decisions made based on AI output.
