When you create an account, we store account status, email verification status, wallet balance, reserved credits, signup-credit eligibility information, purchases, credit transactions, generation jobs, task IDs, generated asset links, model names, timestamps, and related technical status information.

4. Payment information

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers on AskItAll. We may store payment status, checkout session identifiers, transaction references, purchased credit amounts, currency, and Stripe-related metadata needed to credit your account, prevent fraud, handle support, and keep financial records.

5. AI prompts, uploads, and outputs

When you use AI tools, your prompts, selected options, uploaded images/audio/files, generated outputs, job status data, and technical identifiers may be sent to third-party AI providers so they can process the request. Do not submit sensitive personal data, confidential information, or content you do not have permission to use.

6. Automatically collected information

We may collect technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, approximate location derived from technical data, language preference, pages visited, error logs, security logs, rate-limit data, cookies, and local browser storage values needed for login, language selection, abuse prevention, and site operation.
