Refunds & Credits Policy

1. Overview

AskItAll uses a credit system for paid AI generation services. This policy explains how purchased credits, reserved credits, failed jobs, and refund requests are handled.

2. Buying credits

Credits can be purchased through the checkout options shown on AskItAll. Prices may be shown in EUR or USD depending on your location and site settings. Payment processing is handled by Stripe.

3. Delivery of credits

Credits are normally added to your AskItAll account automatically after a successful payment. If payment succeeds but credits do not appear, contact us from the logged-in account used for the purchase and include the approximate purchase time.

4. Reserved credits

When a generation starts, the estimated credit cost may be reserved from your balance. Reserved credits are settled when the job finishes, fails, is cancelled, or times out according to the site logic.

5. Failed or cancelled jobs

If a generation fails because of a technical error, provider failure, timeout, or cancellation before a usable result is delivered, the reserved credits should normally be released or refunded back to your credit balance.

6. Completed jobs

Credits spent on completed generations are generally final, even if you do not like the result. AI results are probabilistic and can vary in quality, style, accuracy, and usefulness.

7. Provider moderation or rejections

Some requests may be rejected by third-party provider safety, copyright, content, or policy checks. When no usable output is delivered, AskItAll will normally treat this like a failed job for credit-settlement purposes, unless abuse or repeated policy violation is involved.

8. Cash refunds

Purchased credits are intended for use on AskItAll and are generally not refundable for cash after they have been delivered, except where required by law or where there has been a duplicate charge, payment error, or unresolved technical failure.

9. Promotional and free credits

Free, promotional, signup, bonus, or manually granted credits have no cash value and cannot be refunded, transferred, withdrawn, or exchanged for money.

10. How to request help

If you believe credits were charged incorrectly, please contact us through the Contact page while logged in. Include the tool used, approximate time, model, task ID if available, and what went wrong.
