What is AskItAll?
AskItAll offers a diverse range of services and tools including advice, assistance, ideas, recommendations, language learning, news, stories, media generation, and games.
How can I report a bug?
You can use the contact page or you can send an email to support@askitall.com . Please mention the steps taken to reproduce it and a screenshot if possible. Thank you very much!
Is AskItAll free to use?
Most of the pages are free to use, but for videos, images, music, 3D generation, TTS, STT and chat, you need to buy some credits (if you have used up all your free credits).
Is my personal information safe on AskItAll?
Absolutely, we prioritize your privacy and protect your data with industry-standard security measures. We will never ever share your email address.
Can I ask for new services/features/functionality?
Yes you can ask for it. After investigating the request, well may implement it, or not.
How often do you add new services and update the models?
As soon as a new model or service becomes available, we start implementing it and it should be available a few days later.

What are the benefits of video, image, music and 3D generation on AskItAll?

Can I test it first before buying credits?
Sure. When registering, you’ll get some free credits. Free credit are only assigned ONCE to every new user (sorry, no cheating allowed).
Is it safe to buy credits on AskItAll?
Yes, extremely safe. We use a third party service called Stripe directly. It is one of the most popular and trusted payment services. The transaction happens on the Stripe server.
How is it possible that you can be cheaper than the providers?
We use a third party API who negotiated a better deal due to huge volumes.
Can I do more than one generation at the same time?
Yes, you can.
If a job fails, will I get my credits back?
Yes. Depending on the reason for failing, the system may retry the job, but if it fails in the end, you’ll get your credits back.
How accurate is the Estimated Credits?
It is quite accurate, but sometimes the real number can be a little higher, depending your your settings.
Will I get my credits back if I cancel the job?
If you cancel early enough, you’ll get your credits back. But if you cancel at the end of the generation, it is possible that the credits may already have been used.
